Your rights:

In this section, you can read about your rights.

You have the right to object to our processing of your personal data. You always have the right to object to marketing from us, including newsletters.

In other cases, the right to object may not apply (for instance, because we are obligated to retain your personal data). You have the right to object when the processing is based on a balance of legitimate interests. Learn more about what this means below. If we can demonstrate compelling legitimate reasons for the processing that outweigh your interests and fundamental rights, or if the processing is carried out for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims, you do not have the right to object to the processing.

Under certain circumstances, you have the right to request the deletion of personal data about you. This is the case, for example, if the personal data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or otherwise processed, or if you withdraw the consent on which the processing is based, and there is no other legal basis for continuing the processing. You also have the right to request Appaz to restrict the processing of your personal data. This is the case, for example, if you contest the accuracy of the personal data, or if the processing is unlawful, and you oppose the deletion of the personal data and instead request that its use be restricted.

Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority

You always have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, especially in the EU/EEA member state where you have your habitual residence, place of work, or where an alleged infringement of the applicable data protection laws has occurred. In Denmark, the supervisory authority is the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet). This right does not prejudice other administrative complaint procedures or access to remedies.

Right to data portability

You have the right to request us to transfer certain of the personal data that we have about you to another company (data portability). This right applies to personal data that you have provided to us in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable, and interoperable format if:
