Prices and Payment
- All prices include 25% VAT.
- We accept Mastercard, Visa, Visa Electron, Mobilepay, and Paypal.
Payment will be deducted from your account when the order is dispatched. You will receive an email notification when your order has been dispatched and is on its way.
Delivery
- Currently, we primarily ship to Denmark, but delivery to other EU countries is also possible (with different shipping rates). If you wish for delivery to EU countries, please contact us at hello@appaz.shop as we need to manually process the order.
- An estimated delivery time of 2-4 business days* can be expected from the order date. (*Applies to Denmark. Longer delivery times may occur for other countries)
- We dispatch orders on all weekdays.
- Orders received on weekends/holidays will be dispatched on the next business day.

Returns
Returning christmas presents
In all of january 2025, we accept returns on orders which were placed in october, november and december 2024.
Usual return policy
- As a buyer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal on your purchase from Appaz.
- If you wish to return your purchase, please send us an email at hello@appaz.shop.
- When you cancel, you are responsible for the expenses related to the return.
- You will be refunded for the returned purchase within 14 days after we receive the item.

When does the withdrawal period start?
Your withdrawal period only begins once you have received the item. You have received it when, for instance, it has been placed in your mailbox, left in a shed or similar place by agreement, or when it has been delivered to your workplace. If the item is placed in a parcel locker or pick-up point, the withdrawal period starts when you have collected it from the locker/pick-up point.
Can you test the item?
The item should appear as new upon return, but you are allowed to examine the item in the same manner as you would in a regular store purchase. If the item has been used, you still have the right to withdraw, but you are required to cover the decrease in value, as assessed by the seller.
Return the item within 14 days
Once you have notified the online store of your withdrawal, you have an additional 14 days to return the item. The seller is entitled to request proof of the item being dispatched. Therefore, obtain a receipt from the post office or courier service.
Who is responsible when returning the item?
You are responsible for the item until it is received by the store. Consequently, you are liable for any damages incurred during transit or if the item goes missing in the mail.
Warranty
All purchases are covered by the Consumer Protection Act's rules on a 24-month warranty, which means that as a customer, you can complain about defects or deficiencies in your product within 24 months after purchase. The warranty does not cover when defects, damages, or wear occur due to improper use, lack of maintenance, or ordinary wear and tear.
Should a product exhibit a defect or deficiency, the Consumer Protection Act grants you the right to:
- Have the defect rectified, such as repairing the item.
- Receive a replacement of the item.
- Receive a proportional reduction in price.
- Receive a refund – cancel the purchase.
